Parent Involvement |

Parents are heavily involved in the school when their children attend Stanford Montessori Elementary. Thirty five parent volunteer hours per year are requested from each family. The following is an incomplete list of some of the duties and tasks performed by parents and grandparents to assist the school:
- Administration
- Teacher assistance for teaching materials
- Provide monthly teacher appreciation luncheon
- Assistance with arrival and dismissal
- Field trip chaperones
- Dining hall assistance
- Office clerical
- Teacher workroom
- Fund Raisers- plan, coordinate, and execute Pasta dinner, Montessori Market place, etc.
- Book Fair
- Classroom tutor
- Library clerical duties
